Alwar was formerly the capital of the princely state of Alwar. Name of district Alwar enventionally become in the name of King Maharaja Alaghraj in 1106 Vikrami samvat (1049 A.D.). Alwar is famous for Kalakand (Milk-Cake). Alwar contains many interesting and historical monuments like Bala Quila (Alwar fort), Siliserh Lake surrounded by green Aravali Hills, Sariska Tiger Reserve, Jagannath Temple etc. This Recruit Training Centre is located at about 50 Kms from Alwar city at village Roond Moujpur under Laxmangarh Tehsil and established on 21st November, 2012 for imparting Basic Recruit Training to the newly selected Constable (General Duty) of the Force. Since raising, 01 Batch of BRTC & 02 Batches of SCC have been passed out and presently 2nd Batch BRTC is undergoing. At this training centre, we strive to promote and achieve excellence in the field of training. We believe in making strong soldiers with diamond heart to serve our country with the highest level of skill, excellence and dedication to make SSB most professional and ethical in Central Armed Police Force of the union of India.
